Frequently asked questions

  • My 1-1 coaching is bespoke to you and your schedule/needs. Sessions can be online for flexibility or in-person wherever you need me. With my retainer packages these can also include national and international travel to fully support you wherever you may be. Coaching pods are always conducted online via Zoom with session links being sent to you in advance.

  • Absolutely. I fully understand that schedules can be demanding and often change last minute. As your plan is bespoke to you, there’s always flexibility.

  • My work is completely tailored to those working in live or on-air environments. I know first hand as an ex-west end performer the pressures and long hours that come with live performance so every coaching programme is built with this in mind.

  • Absolutely. Discretion is a core part of how I work.

    I understand that many clients operate in visible, high-profile or confidential environments. Sessions are treated with complete privacy and nothing is ever shared without your explicit consent.

    I’m comfortable working quietly in the background, liaising only with you (or your representative if needed), and adapting support to fit seamlessly around your schedule and commitments.

  • This is completely dependent on each individual. If you dedicate to the coaching plan we put together then you'll surprise yourself with how quickly things can transform! However for those experiencing burnout or dealing with chronic issues, we could need more time together and I’ll always give you my honest assessment and what’s achievable when we chat.

  • As part of all of my coaching packages you are able to keep in touch with me throughout the week. I tend to use WhatsApp as it's quick and easy but I'm happy to text or email if that's your preference.

  • Yes, I absolutely offer payment plans to anyone that needs them. You can either pay in 2 or 3 instalments and we will discuss and agree on this before we begin your coaching.

  • if you’re not quite sure which option suits you, I offer an initial free call to have a chat and understand how I can support you. Talk to me about your goals, any symptoms you have or problems you'd like to address. I may take you through some assessments to determine our starting point but it's all very relaxed and aimed at finding you the right approach to help you achieve your goals.
