Jess teaches a variety of classes at Gymbox including hatha, vinyasa flow and yin yoga as well as some of Gymbox’s infamous creative classes like yoga for lifting, pranayama sessions and paddleboard yoga. Jess now teaches for the incredible online platform Goldster. Goldster is an over 50’s lifestyle club* providing over 350 classes a week of all kinds. Jess currently teaches meditation, mindfulness & relaxation and gentle yoga weekly. Everybody is welcome and can benefit from their vast range of classes and fantastic instructors.

Jess periodically offers pop-up classes and workshops for all levels of yoga practitioner. These include beginner workshops, functional movement, yin yoga, handstand and arm balances, meditation and much more.
