An all levels vinyasa flow yoga class. Jess’ vinyasa flow classes flow poses together to create a fluid, dynamic yet calming practice with a specific intention and focus each week.

Morning Slow Flow Yoga
7.30-8.15am (45mins)
Join for a mid-week, slow flow class to start the day with a wake-up wiggle! The chance to ease into your day slowly and mindfully with gentle yet energising poses to leave you feeling focused, relaxed and productive.

Thursday:
Hatha Yoga
6.30-7.30pm (60mins)
Jess’ hatha classes will either introduce you to a yoga practice or help you deepen your practice both physically and mentally. With a combination of slower, more mindful movement and stronger, longer holds, this class invites calm, clarity and energy into the mind and body.
Beginner-Intermediate level.

Friday:
Yin Yoga
6.15-7.30pm (75mins)
A practice for everyone, yin yoga is a meditative practice targeting the connective tissues of the body through long held stretches. The “art of stillness” is the yin yoga approach with a sense of bringing each pose to you without strain or force. This class will leave you feeling free, nourished and connected physically, mentally and spiritually.
