Individual Session: £70

12 Week Package (recommended): £756 (inc. 10% discount)

Personal Training with Jess is just that, it’s personal. Whatever your age, ability or needs, Jess has the knowledge and skills to tailor sessions to you.

Jess specialises in functional movement and testing so if you’re looking to move better, work around injuries, increase confidence and minimise the risk of pain and/or further injury, personal training is the way to go. Jess can also work alongside clinicians such as physios to ensure sessions are tailored to the client’s needs.

Packages are based on one 1 hour session a week (can be more or less depending on the client) including full support, resources and accountability.

Private Yoga Tuition

Individual Sessions: From £30

Private Yoga Tuition with Jess is for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice physically, mentally, spiritually or all of the above. For beginners looking to find their way around yoga to seasoned practitioners looking to deepen their physical postures or spiritual practice, Jess can tailor sessions to exactly what you need.

Private sessions available: meditation, haha yoga, vinyasa flow yoga, yin yoga, pregnancy yoga, post-natal yoga and arm balances/inversions/deeper yoga asana work.

Group Classes

Group Sessions: From £50

Group classes with Jess are thought out, tailored to the needs of participants and a whole lot of fun! Whether you’re a corporate company looking for a weekly yoga class for your team or an individual planning a class for you and your friends, Jess can accomodate exactly what it is you require.
