Jess prides herself on facilitating the long-term well-being of all her clients through functional movement, intrinsic biomechanics and breath-work coaching.

Yoga Classes

Jess teaches hatha, vinyasa flow, yin and pre and post-natal yoga as well as meditation in various locations in London and online. She also periodically offers specialised workshops such as meditation, functional movement, arm balances and more!

Coaching with Jess is all about you feeling your best physically and mentally. Using intrinsic biomechanics and functional movement, Jess structures sessions to your unique body and personal goals to help you move better and feel the very best version of yourself.
